These truffles were the best ones I've ever made... possibly the best I've ever tasted, too! Best of all, I made them with my five-year-old son and he had a blast. What more can I say? Easy and delicious.

I used one package bittersweet and one milk chocolate. They were very good; next time I will try less milk chocolate, more bittersweet, or semi sweet!

These were fabulous. I used dark chocolate instead and they were wonderfully dark and creamy. I would love to try this recipe with milk chocolate also.
