Failed and gritty

I cook a lot and rarely does a recipe not turn out well. Maybe because this was scaled back from a restaurant size serving it failed. Though the flavor was quite good, it came out gritty and the eggs seemed to produce a strange texture. I followed the directions exactly, but it came out a very odd consistency. I would not recommend it.
