I used packaged gnocchi, but made the sauce myself. The sauce recipe is relatively easy and the flavor is amazing.

I used store-bought gnocchi but made the vodka sauce. It was pretty easy to make and tasted delicious. The red sauce by itself is good too.

Are they kidding, that this serves 4? I should have clued in when it called for 9 pototoes and 10 ounces of cheese. I don't know if I missed something, but this made enough for an army. I was so famished by the time it was all done, that I din't care what it tasted like.
