Taste good, but a lot of work 07/04/2007 at 12:24pm User: Denise from Houston, TX User Rating: Amount of spices was too much for my husband and I tastes and we usually like spicy food. This was more work than what its worth. I can produce just as good or better in the oven without getting hot over a grill turning individual potatoes wedges. TRY THESE 07/02/2007 at 02:28am User: Nicole from Homewood, IL User Rating: These potatoes are tasty and a great compliment to any barbecued meats. Served them with the Mexican Corn and the family loved them! good 06/22/2007 at 11:19pm User: Rachael from Redmond, OR User Rating: These were great although I didn't cook them long enough. Great tasting and easy to make! 06/20/2004 at 06:25pm User: TRENT from miami, FL User Rating: If using large potatos, try cutting them into quarters before you boil them. It will not take as long to prepare them. More directions needed 06/14/2004 at 01:35pm User: MELANIE from San Jose, CA User Rating: I need more instructions on the best way to pre-cook these potatoes. I simmered them (which took forever) and then cut them up, but it ended up a huge mess. I would recommend that you leave enough time to simmer them VERY low so that the potato does not explode, and then let them completely cool before slicing. 06/03/2004 at 03:52pm User: JULIE from Elgin, IL User Rating: Great alternative 05/28/2007 at 12:11pm User: Laura from Schenectady, NY User Rating: These are a great alternative when using the grill. Just be sure not to overcook them beforehand! grill fries 05/24/2005 at 01:44pm User: CHRISTOPHER from Madison, MS User Rating: Excellent alternative to fatty deep fried pototoes. Excellent taste and great, unexpected, crispyness. Will be grilling fries all summer! Excellent spicy companion to burgers! 05/20/2005 at 11:37am User: ANNE from Washington, DC User Rating: These fries are easy to prepare and a great companion to Flay's Cuban Burgers. As directed, they're on the hot side, though, so keep that in mind. Easy and great tasting 05/15/2007 at 03:26pm User: Sandie from Modesto, CA User Rating: These potatoes are great and you can change the spices in them for different flavors. They are also so easy to make I highly recommend Excellent grilled or in the oven! 05/09/2005 at 06:25am User: DEBORAH from Miami, FL User Rating: I did these in the oven instead of the grill, at 425 degrees for 20 minutes per side, they turned out excellent! I also substituted paprika for the ancho chili powder, and it was a lovely flavor. Great receipe original too! Delicious 05/01/2007 at 02:55pm User: Anonymous User Rating: These were great! Very good 05/01/2005 at 02:10am User: TYLER from San Antonio, TX User Rating: These are very easy to make and may need a little salting to taste after grilling, but just like the old spicy wedges of old!!!
