The white bean salad was a great compliment to the grilled tuna, especially with the red onions. The balsamic vinegar pickled the onions just right. I took the short cut and used canned white beans and rinsed out the liquid. This will go great with my diet. Just be sure not to overcook the tuna. Thanks, Bobby!! Another winning recipe.

Quite a flavorful dish & very simple to prepare. Like the others, I, too ,used canned white beans. Love the smokey taste of the grilled radicchio & the vinegar makes the onions burst. A keeper!

My husband I recently started watching our carbs, salt and cholesterol. we ran this recipe past his cardiologist and he said go for it. It was simple, incredibly flavorful..sinmply put, it was sinfully scrumptious and satisfying. We even tried it with canned beans and rinsed them to lower the salt and it was every bit as good and saved the day when we forgot to soak the dry beans over night but were already set to prepare this meal that night. Thanks bobby flay for another great meal!
