I thought that this recipe was very good for one thing you get to utilize one fo your left over's from the night before and with the taste from the cheese and the sweet honey and then you have this little bite from the yummy vinaigrette it brings all of your taste bubs alive and it's so easy I have all so used the vinaigrette for marinating this in chicken over night it was out of this world.

I had left over steak and wanted a light lunch to send with my husband to work. This salad worked great. It was easy to put together. I added a little fresh grated parmesan and my husband, myself and our two children (16 and 20) really enjoyed it.

I am not a big fan of bleu cheese & don't usually care for red wine vinaigrettes on salads but this is the perfect melding of flavors. My husband & I both enjoyed this & he REALLY didn't think he would like this salad. I used leftover ribeyes that I had marinaded a bit in a little olive oil & then sauted (they were for a recipe on this site called "Steak Bites in Boody Mary sauce") & they were very tender. I served it w/ buttered & toasted french bread. Very good!!

This is the best salad I have ever made! I just used a plain blue cheese rather than the gorgonzola, but it is great The dressing is wonderful.

I altered this recipe to make it more my taste and to be prepared faster. I bought a bag of mixed Italian style lettuce and changed the cheese to Feta. Everything else was kept the same. I served this with a homemade potato soup when we had guests over for lunch and BOTH items were a HUGE hit! Try it!

What a great salad to have as a meal when the temperature outside is 80+ and you don't want to cook! It's cool, satisfying, and so easy to prepare. I grilled my rib-eye steak the night before, sliced it, and let it chill overnight. Just put everything together and your ready to eat!

This dish is very tasty. It's wonderful for summer and it's easy to put together. I went a little lighter on the arugula as it's pretty strong and only put a handful in. This will be a regular around our house.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was awesome. Easily the best salad I've ever had. I had some left over leg of lamb and used that instead and it was fabulous! I also made my own croutons that was a Rachael Ray recipe. Will definitely be doing this again and again.

This was a great way to use up leftover London Broil, sliced very thin. I really liked the red wine dressing, and the gorgonzola cheese crumbled on top. In fact, I doubled the recipe, and 3 of us ate the entire salad!

This is another one of those recipes that are seen often in my home. Quick and simple to make and enjoyed by all. We vary the types of meat we use. For a quick supper we will grab a skirt steak, and marinade it quickly in soy sauce and garlic and ginger sometimes. We prefer goat cheese in this instead and will also throw in some orange segments nad croutons to make it go further. We often will grab a few bags of spinache and salad mix too to make it even faster. This is a must try and you iwll probably add this to your recipe list of favorites too!

This recipe is delicious, healthy and elegant. It's one to add to my favorites! The dressing is just right, not too tangy. I used feta cheese instead of the gorgonzola because it's more to my taste.

I made this with only minor substitutions because I hadn't been to the store and it was a great success. All ingredients blend into a very flavorful salad. I think this is also a good 'method' rather than a recipe.
