A SUMMER CLASSIC

Since discovering this recipe, we put all our pizzas on the grill. The crust turns out thick and soft on the inside with a slightly toasted outer crust. The cilantro pesto has become a staple for almost all our recipes involving pesto. Great to make for parties, cut into small piecces and serve as apps! Very filling.

I changed up the recipe a bit, but it was still delicious. I used Boboli precooked dough, and I also sauted chopped chorizo and cilantro with the shrimp. I baked everything in the oven and it came out perfect!

Very good. My family loved it, even my little five year old. This was easy to make. I wasn't sure about grilling the dough, but it turned out fine.

Served these at our gourmet wine dinner. I used frozen bread dough for the crust dividing it into 4 smaller pizzzas brushed w/ olive oil and grilled it ! Sooo good and easy finger food appetizer.

Good results but we added some extra garlic to the cilantro pesto for more flavor. We would definetly recommend it.

My fiancee absolutely LOVES this one. I end up making it for her at least a couple times a month. I've substitituted precooked chicken fajita meat for the shrimp on occasion.

This recipe was excellent. Instead of making/buying dough, I used lavash. It came out great and all my guests wanted more.

This dish was easy and great. I cheated and used store bought pesto, but who knew. What a great meal to cook on the grill on those hot summer nights.

I shorten the recipe by buying already made pizza dough. I used smaller shrimp and then cut up into bite size pieces for an appetizer.

A big hit

I am not a cilantro fan so I made this with traditional basil pesto and it was fantastic. I also cut down a little on the olive oil. I use a stone on the grill for pizza and it turned out perfect

I took this spread to a Mediterranean Feast and people scraped the plate.. and I had doubled the batch. It was a great hit... and not sure how it made it out of the house since we could not stop "tasting" it. I added red pepper flakes, rosemary, thyme, and basil to the recipe and roasted the garlic whole.

OK, I guess.

Taste was alright. Alot of stuff piled onto a pizza. Chicken marinade was good maybe alone and not on a pizza. Will not cook again.

I actually made all three items for my hubby... tooo much food but oh so good!! I used store bought pizza dough and added chipotle powder to knead in and cooked in my oven on the rack. Would be smokier on the grill but with the weather in New England in April... The smoked chipotles are SPICY, we love spicy and found it hot but great flavor, just go easy.
