Why did I need RR to give me such a seemingly simple dish? I don't know, but I am so glad she did! The scrabbled eggs were just loaded with flavor, I would eat these any time of day. The garlic toast? Just perfect...easy to make, subtle, and be used in so many other ways. This dish can be thrown together in 10 minutes.

The eggs are definitely the star of this simple meal. Adding the garlic & herb chese (I love Boursin), as well as the fresh chives, makes them creamy and delicious.

I actually had everything on hand for this recipe, which is the first. I normally buy the Aloette brand cheese for my mashed potatoes but I only had the sun-dried tomato in stock but it was GREAT! I halved the recipe since it was for 2 people but the soft cheese idea is awesome. Rachael Ray rocks!

The Best!

I made this recipe from her Cooking Round the Clock cookbook and it's portioned for 2 people. Either way this was a delicious way to enjoy scrambled eggs. I made her quick hash brown potatoes to go along and sliced tomatoes with dinner rolls. We will have "Breakfast" more often now!

Great breakfast!

These were some of the most delicious eggs I have ever eaten. They are rich, luxurious and elegant. Perfect for a special breakfast or brunch. Make sure you eat them right away, as they are best when first cooked.
