A delicious surprise

Please make this desert. It is a simple and elegant dish. Be sure to use a food processor to finely crumb the biscotti (I seem to remember Mario pounding the biscotti). And after mixing the batter, put it in the fridge to chill. It will be much easier to roll into a log. Any left over freezes well.
