I made this for Easter and it was a perfect side dish. The aioli is absolutely amazing and would be tasty as a vegetable dip.

I first found this recipe early last summer. I have made these potatoes probably 6 times since then. They are delicious! I have served them with grilled lamb, but I always serve them when I grill a flank steak! Awesome, and soooo easy!

I decided to serve this cold as a potato salad and it was delicious. I roated the potatoes instead of grilling then added everything else. It made a delicious very flavorful potato salad.
