I think this recipe is pretty yummy, but it calls for waaaaayy too much lemon juice, in my opinion. I like lemon juice in a caesar dressing, but it tastes more like a lemon vinagarette. I prefer Alton Brown's "Hail Caesar" dressing myself.

Absolutely the Best!

Wow! This dressing is terrific. Much better than in the restaurants! It was extremely easy to make. Just whipped it up in the food processor.

This recipe is a perfect example of a delicious modern Caesar Salad, with anchovies, and some red pepper flakes for some extra spice. Delicious salad dressing recipe.

This was the most outstanding caesar dressing recipe I have ever made. The flavor are intense. My fiancee, who's main complaint is lack of flavor in most recipes I try, raved and raved for this one. I make more than the recipe calls for and put it in the fridge for up to 3 or 4 days so I can have it all week!!!!

taste great, less filling

Just served this to family. It went over well. They even dipped their bread in this sauce. This is much better than buying from bottle.
