This poppy seed dressing was the perfect balance of tart and sweet! I've been searching for a cole slaw dressing like this forever. You can save yourself some time by using the bagged prewashed slaw mix. Then all you need to hand chop are the apples and onions. I only had red onions in my house, but they working fine. Also, an earlier review was right about the amount of poppy seeds; 1/4 of a cup was plenty.

This is probabaly one of the best coleslaw recipes I've ever made. I mixed red and green cabbage and followed the recipe exactly. I'm sure I'll be making this one again.

I was looking for a coleslaw that was just a little different and this was absolutely perfect. It had such a nice flavor. I used about half the amount of poppy seeds thought. Dressing would also be good for regular salad.

This coleslaw dressing is the best I've ever tasted, and I didn't even use the poppy seeds. The coleslaw is especially great on turkey burgers, but the dressing can be used on almost any kind of salad, especially those using fresh or dried fruit. EXCELLENT!

This is the best coleslaw recipe ever! Sweet and creamy. The Poppyseed dressing is out of this world! I use it in many other salads as well. I use a little less than 1/4 cup poppyseeds however, and that's more than enough. This is a huge hit every time I make it. Beware though, it makes ALOT! More like 10-12 servings than 6-8.

This recipe is sooooo easy! I saw about one second of the show and decided to look it up online later....I'm glad I did... the outcome is GREAT!!! I usually don't like coleslaw and the kids are pretty picky. They loved it as did my husband. I considered putting less apples in as it seemed too much....ended up putting all of them in and it was perfect.

This was my first time making coleslaw because normally I don't care for it. This recipe was fabulous - my boyfriend had two huge helpings. It was perfect with BBQ pork and baked beans. I left out the poppy seeds and parsley but it was still delicious.

What a nice change from regular coleslaw. I used half red and half green cabbage (Saw that on the show but didn't say that in the recipe.) Beware-makes a lot. Glad though, I have given samples to my friends. This is certainly a keeper.
