Tapioca is one of my favorite foods. The addition of chocalate is good but you can't beat plain tapioca pudding.

Tapioca pudding is one of my favorites to begin with. The addition of the chocolate and the rum just adds to the yum factor. My only addition will be some sweetened, whipped egg whites folded in when it has cooled.
