This soup was delicious. It was sweet and tangy, and the combination of the pureed/strained cooked fruit with the fresh fruit was great. It was sweet (but not too sweet) and refreshing. My only complaint is with the quantities of orange, lime and lemon peel. I did not see this episode, so the term "2 pieces lemon peel" was hard to quantify! I spent quite a while debating (with myslef) how big is a "piece"! I just ended up guessing (using a wedge size as a piece), and the taste of peel in the finished product was a little too strong for my husband, but I liked it. So, if you don't like the taste of peels, you should use very small pieces I guess (or omit them- not sure if the're necessary). The soup tasted great the next day too.

This soup is heavenly. Next time I will reduce the sugar content by 1/2 cup, as the fruit was sweet enough without all of the extra sugar. Our whole family enjoyed this one. Thank you!

I made this soup for a "soup-off" contest at work. It was the only sweet soup and the only cold soup, but it was loved by everyone. I got 2nd place!
