I used fresh frozen carb with the brie and used a plain flour tortillia. It was great!

A wonderful snack or light meal. Try chives, thyme and basil, too!

The brand of Brie with herbs I used made it tasted way too salty. Otherwise decent.

What a easy, yet sophisticated way to eat a quesadilla! Just be careful on the tarragon. I overdid it a little.

My husband and i are on the South Beach diet, so i am always hunting for good, tasty, yet low carb recipes. Rachel gave me the idea from this recipe...i only changed one item.I used wheat tortillas(only 5 carbs). it was very tasty and Clean up was non-existant. My husband who is very picky, loved this recipe.

These are so easy to make. I was preparing a luncheon for a pre wedding shower and everyone loved this dish. It was quick enough that I didn't miss any of the party.

great easy appetizer

When surprise company shows, and they do, I make this with different variations. I always keep the tortillas, cheese and fresh herbs in the fridge as well as salsa and sour cream. Sometimes I just use some homemade pesto on the brie. It's always a hit. People love melted cheese!

Brie is greasy. Not Good.

Before making this meal I was unfamiliar with brie's texture. This was not a good thing. Brie is way too greasy and it was kinda gross as a quesadilla. Won't be making this again.
