My husband who is very picky, loved this recipe. Crowd Pleaser 04/20/2006 at 09:27am User: Anonymous User Rating: These are so easy to make. I was preparing a luncheon for a pre wedding shower and everyone loved this dish. It was quick enough that I didn't miss any of the party. great easy appetizer 01/10/2007 at 04:51pm User: KAEN from willow, NY User Rating: When surprise company shows, and they do, I make this with different variations. I always keep the tortillas, cheese and fresh herbs in the fridge as well as salsa and sour cream. Sometimes I just use some homemade pesto on the brie. It's always a hit. People love melted cheese! Brie is greasy. Not Good. 01/01/2007 at 10:49am User: Rebekah from Emmitsburg, MD User Rating: Before making this meal I was unfamiliar with brie's texture. This was not a good thing. Brie is way too greasy and it was kinda gross as a quesadilla. Won't be making this again. |
