Just added a few red pepper flakes to the onion while it sauteed, which gave it that extra kick I felt it might need. Otherwise, didn't change a thing. Be sure to use a good dry white wine (one you'd drink). Beautiful presentation and really delicious!

Very good recipe with simple but tasty flavors. I used orange roughy, and found I needed to add an extra 10 mins to the cooking time for it to be done. However, it was very tasty when it was done, and I loved the trick of twirling the angel hair for better presentation - that went over very well.

Normally, I can't stand fish. I tried this recipe because we are trying to eat healthier, and it looked good when I saw it on TV. I figured I could just eat the pasta if I didn't like the fish. I used tilapia (as suggested by another reviewer) and liked both the fish & pasta so much that I've been inspired to try other varieties of fish and other fish recipes. Thanks Rachael for doing what no one else has been able to do -- get me to eat something healthier than red meat all the time!

went surf fishing at 5:30 AM and caught a 2 to 3 lb spanish mackeral. used that instead of the cod. instead of white wine used chicken stock and instead of the stewed tomatoes used a can of diced tomatoes with green chiles. Fish was moist and I thought the flavor was great. My husband would have preferred red pepper for a little more spice. will try again with shrimp and scallops....YUM!!!!

This dish was a hit with my family. My husband and three sons LOVED this. My daughter didn't try but she is picky anyway. It was light, flavorful, and delicious! There was NOTHING left. That is first especially for a first time dish. My husband is Italian and he LOVED it. I LOVED it because it was light, healhty, and perfect. Rachael Ray just ROCKS! I love watching her and getting wonderful new cooking ideas. This is a dish that even a non cook can prepare and make it look liked you spent hours preparing! Perfect for our family who is constantly on the go! This will served over and over and over again. Solute to Rachael and her mom for this receipe!!

I have never thought of pasta with fish and have passed up many dishes (outside of shrimp) with these ingredients so I was very surprised to find how DELICIOUS this dish was. I prepared the whole meal as she did and the green beans were perfect as a side dish as was the baba au rhum as a dessert. I used orange roughy and the guys were delighted even tho' it wasn't FRIED FISH, which is their preference. The whole meal was SO easy to prepare! Keep cooking,Rachael!!!

I loved the recipe as I watched Rachel, but I didn't have fish in my freezer. I did have some frozen chicken tenders, so I followed the recipe for the sauce, (didn't have stewed tomatoes so I used a can of diced tomatoes) I added the frozen chicken tenders and put in the oven to cook. When it was done, I sprinkled some parmesan cheese and some mozzarella over the top and put it back in the oven to melt. I served it with angel hair pasta and it was delicious. My husband loved it. I will be sure to try it again with fish.

I read thru several reviews before I cooked up this dish. Based on a few comments I'd seen, I decided to add some red pepper flakes, and some bell pepper slices (red, yellow and green). The prep was easy, and the end result was a success. I might add a touch more garlic next time. The first 10 minutes the fish was baking, I put together 1 pound of asparagus with crumbled gorgonzola, wrapped in phyllo, topped with grated parmesan. So the fish comes out of the oven before the asparagus is done. While the asparagus is finishing up, I boil the pasta for 5 minutes, The asparagus and pasta finish up at the same time.

The cod fillets I got were a little bit thick, so the sauce didn't soak all the way thru during baking-- so I think the next time, thinner fillet will make this dish even better! ;) I wish there were half stars.... cuz I would give this one a 4.5 stars :)

Store was out of Cod so had to use Mahi. Increased cooking time 3-5 minutes for the firmer fish. I used a baking dish as in the recipie but will try just putting the skillet in the oven next time to keep the juices more contained. Overall a very tasty dish and excellent reheated as leftovers the next day.

Oh my. I am a solid Rachel Ray fan, and have tried many, if not all, of her recipes. Sorry to say I did not like this one, but all is not lost. The recipe has a good base...but if you like taste to explode in your mouth, here are some helpful suggestions. 1. Add sundried tomatos to garlic and onion. 2. Add the parsley (along with 3 tsp. thyme and oregano-the powdered variety) when you add in the wine. 3. When adding the stewed tomatoes, also add in some heart of palms. 4. After fish cooks and taken out, mix a bit of water in with cornstarch and add it to the liquid (along with the butter). This makes it stick more and can be used like a gravy. Viola - a tasteful and easy, explode-in-your-mouth recipe.

This dish was ok, but I really wished there was more sauce. There wasn't enough to coat the angel hair to our liking (we like our pasta drenched). Next time I'll add another can of the tomatoes. I also made the green beans that were listed with this episode. They were a very nice complement to the fish dish.
