I love the cookies. They are very light, I do recommend to cut the sugar in half cuz it is TOO sweet.

absolutely wonderful, they taste like merengue, i'm italian and Mario is the only one who cooks like a areal italian and he makes me feel like home!!!

These are much better than regular meringues. I will make these often. I tried this recipe for a friend with a dairy allergy. She loved them and I did to!
