We've made this pesto twice now and have loved it both times. We follow the recipe except use 3 cloves of garlic because we really like garlic. The pesto's flavor is prominent enough to be used with whole wheat pasta. We use different varieties of basil together out of our garden picked fresh that day.

This recipe is really easy. However, it's very bland. I would add more salt and lots more garlic.

I love the fact that it was so simple to make with very few ingredients and that it was vegetarian. It was absolutely delicious and pretty to eat. my husband isn't a pasta fan but even he loved it. Thanks Tyler

I made this tonight for a party. It's probably the easiest recipe I've ever made and everyone really liked it! My husband asked me to make it again, so that alone made it a success! Loved it.

I made this last night but used store bought pesto instead of making my own. I added extra pine nuts and prosciutto before serving as a side dish. It was delicious and easy to make. My husband complimented me on the taste. Will make on a regular basis.

I used all fresh basil and an herb flavored olive oil that was a gift -- absolutely wonderful!!! Very simple and elegant! I would definitely serve my guests this dish!

This recipe was great! I wasn't sure how much basil to put in, but anyone can just wing it and add more (or more olive oil) if needed. This pesto recipe is delicious!
