I love lobster, I love avacados, but this recipe just does not work. The tortilla has to go, and in no way is this a sort of dish that is quick and easy to "whip up." Tying them with the chives takes too long, and not worth it in the end.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted some big bucks on lobster meat! I totally agree about the tortilla -- that's got to go. And it does, in fact, fall to pieces if you try to tie it with a chive. Plus chives are expensive!! The filling was OK. I ennded up using about twice as much dressing as called for.

After all the comments about the wrap falling apart, I decided to serve this as a salad course over butter lettuce. The filling was very, very dry and on it's own had relatively little taste. I had hoped to only lightly dress the salad with a vinaigrette but I ended up having to douse each plate with a large volume of dressing to make it moister and taste better.

Making these wraps and serving them to my family make me feel like I was a chef at a gourmet restaurant. They are wondrously delish...thx so much. I am going to use this recipe as appetizers at my next party and I can't wait. Cut into fifths though.

I used toothpicks to hold mine together until serving. They kind of helped 'mold' the wrap into place. I like that idea for chicken wraps below. Gonna try that too!!!

Like everyone else says, this falls apart right away and the tortilla is a bad container for the fresh-tasting lobeter salad. Serve it on butter lettuce leaves. Ans try using a bit more salt and dill to perk it up some.

Personally, we thought the filling was incredibly yummy. They did fall completely apart, though. Plus (lesson learned) the tortilla didn't taste good with the lobster. Those last two are the only reason this doesn't get 5 stars.

Who would waste expensive lobster in a burrito, for goshsakes? Forget the tortilla and do what some of the others have suggested. Use the excellent lobster filling to top some nice greens, or brioche toast or cucumber rounds. A tortilla is the wrong accompanyment to the filling. P.S. make extra filling, as people will want seconds!

These are so so good. Very special. I rolled them like pinwheels instead of cones the first time, and the second time made them like burritos. Either way you get gourmet burritos or gourmet appetizers the easy way!!

But unless you use only a tiny bit of it in the tortilla, the chive cannot hold the wrapped tortilla together. Might be better madeinto bite sized appetizers with wonton wrappers.

These were decandently delish. Not an everyday lunch for sure, but so nice for a special occasion. The tortillas were the perfect wrap for the lobster concoction, and the chives held it together perfectly! Just make sure you cut them small enough.

decadent! This is good. Until I watched this show, I didn't KNOW you could even buy containers of lobster meat. :)
