I made this recipe but I used whole grain tortillas instead of regular ones, and they were still great, yet healthier. They are easy, fun and quick, and best of all really tasty.

I used whole wheat tortillas instead but it was still a great meal. I like that each quesodilla can be adjusted to picky eaters. when leaving out some of the greens it still tastes great. Advice: be sure to add enough cheese so that when you flip it the contents stays inside...instead of all over your stove.

Delish!

I have made this several times but I do not make it low fat. I add liquid smoke to the chicken and 1 tablespoon of dry taco seasoning mix to the chicken when I cook it. I have also made this with leftovers from: pork to steak, and corn taken off the cob. All with great results and barely any leftovers, I pair it with the Pico de Gallo recipe from Chamisa Weinmeister, and that is my salsa, yum!

Best thing i've ever had!

These were very tasty. My kids liked them too, but complained they were not spicy enough. These were definitely worth making again.

i kinda changed the tortilla to whole wheat and still tasted really good. the avacado is really good when heated cause you get a taste of it in every bite. (it kinda mealts in a way)! and the green chillies give it a bit of a kick. I don't like hot or spicy but, it makes it not so bland. i've had this recipe two times already. it's extremely easy. i don't cook and starting to cook. it's the first and only food that i havn't messed up on =))

quick, easy and tasty

Enjoyed this and will make it again. We may add a little salsa to it next time to punch up the flavor a little more with adding much in the way of calories.

Wonderful
