Light Easy & Delicious 11/04/2006 at 07:55pm User: KATHLEEN from BETHPAGE, NY User Rating: This is so easy and so delicious. I topped it with mixed berries. The only thing I did differently was use Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt (Stoneyfield Farms brand) I also used 1/2 the amount of sugar and added 1 teaspoon vanilla. Since I always have these ingredients on hand, I will be making this often. Very healthy alternative to ice cream and other fat free desserts which are full of preservatives and artificial ingredients. Excellent & healthy 08/31/2007 at 04:14pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I've served this with Ina Garten's recipe for baked fruit, using Splenda in both the fruit & the sorbet. Having tasted the mixture prior to putting it into the ice cream maker, I feel it will be equally as good minus that extra step, using it as a meringue that hasn't been run under the broiler. Tonight we're having company and I plan to serve the unheated glossy meringue, again over the baked fruit (straight from a local farm). Wonderful Texture 06/21/2007 at 01:07am User: Renee from Studio City, CA User Rating: For the calories, this is hard to beat. Thanks Ina for for introducing me to Patricia Wells. She's so clever and unique. Delicious and healthy 04/07/2007 at 11:04pm User: VIVIAN from Naples, FL User Rating: I have made this recipes a number of times. It is delicious and healthy and if you want to make it even more so,try splenda. I have made it with flavored nonfat sugarfree yogurts. I simply exchnage the plain ones for flavors such as strawberry, lime and pina colada. Delicious! My entire family loves it. Tops for a weight watcher 03/30/2007 at 11:34am User: Carolyn from Rock Hill, SC User Rating: This recipe is just wonderful , Taste great and has only 6 points (if doing weight watcher ) for the whole bowl. I had to make mine in the freezer by hand no ice cream mixer but it turned out just as great. good job!!!!! Delicious! 02/14/2007 at 01:45am User: Enissa from Jersey City, NJ User Rating: I loved this sorbet. It was extremely light and airy. It was so delicious, yet simple. Definately will share this recipe. Genuine Yogurt Taste 01/10/2008 at 09:39pm User: Janet from St. George, UT User Rating: This is undoubtedly a healthy approach to dessert. The yogurt has a truly "yogurt" flavor, the only difference being that this is frozen. If you like the taste of unflavored yogurt, you will like this. I was a little disappointed with the grainy texture, but because it is a low fat dessert, which is a rather rare commodity, I will likely make it again since my family rated it as being "good" but not "great. Rich and Creamy 01/09/2005 at 01:14pm User: AMY from Portland, OR User Rating: I loved this recipe! It was so easy to make and the flavor was wonderful. I loved the texture. Ina always has such amazing recipes! Yogurt Sorbet 01/08/2005 at 06:59pm User: VALERIE from Casco, ME User Rating: This recipe was ok, but needs a fruit topping. Will try it again with lemon or fruit flavored fat free yogurt to cover the plain yogurt after taste. Very easy to make just need a little embellishing.
