Simple and really impressed my guests! I only used freshly neted sardines that are running in the gulf presently! One throw of the net and hundreds were caught! Although the cleaning process is a little time consuming. The average person was quite satisfied with 10 to 12 sardines each. The batter really puffs up. Most were eaten with either plain salt and or hot sauce.

A great batter-very light thanks to the carbonation in the beer. In my opinion, beer is not just for chicken.
