These turkey meatballs tasted so good ! Instead of 1 cup heavy cream I used 1 cup milk; 1 cup of milk was too much, though, so from now on I will start with less. Instead of 3 large eggs I used 1. When I served these to people I did NOT get any complaints ! I highly recommend this recipe !

Tastes great but the presentation is lacking. The balls don't stay together as well as I had hoped.

My picky 3yr. old son LOVES these meatballs. I replaced the heavy cream with low fat canned milk to cut down on the fat. Tastes just a delicious without the cream.

Great Taste

These were great, I used them at a party and they were a big hit. Now everyone wants the recipe. I did add a clove of garlic, minced and a little bit of shredded parmesano regionno cheese...yummy!

yummy

half the heavy cream is just as good. Because big round meat cooks slowly, making it into patty shapes would be healthier. But if you want it fancy, i'd recommend rolling it into little balls.

They are good and easy to make. They are not greasy like traditional meatballs.

The recipe said this blend was reduced from a large batch and the proportions might not be right. They are - these with a basic sauce (reco Giada's basic tomato sauce) with some pasta or bread is great.
