I couldn't find chipotle pepper around, for a pork roast w/chipotle, rasberry glaze. This recipe was used to give it the finished touch. What a surprise worked perfectly. Can't wait for Rib's next summer, Oh! buy the Way, My family said they are going to Kidnap me For all their BBQ'S with pork. Great blend! Dave Barre Vt.
