This was easy to make. The taste was refreshing. I served it at a party and eveyone enjoyed it. There were no leftovers. I have since made it another two times and my family really liked it.

This recipe was awesome! I used canned salmon instead of fresh for simplicity, otherwise didn't modify the recipe. This was so good and will definitely be added to my lunch menu. I served the salmon salad over spring mix that was tossed in balsamic vinagrette with some tomato and it really completed the dish. I am normally too lazy to type up a review, but this one was worth it. 5 Stars!

i didn't like the salmon salad, the mayo tastes realy bad, and the onions gave it an awful after taste. the veggies are too crunchy. but it's not so good.

This is just a killer salad. Being lazy I just get two 7.5 ounce cans of sockeye salmon at the store and just knock people out with how good this. A wonderful way to get rid of leftover salmon, too.

This is NOT your mother's salmon salad. The taste is fresh with creamy and crunchy textures. You'll find yourself making salmon for dinner more often just to use the leftovers for this delicious salad. Two portion cut fillets are all you need. It's lovely for brunches and great for a wrap when you want a great lunch.

I thought this was delicious, refreshing and very tasty. My hubby even liked it and he is not usually a fan of salads, but he enjoyed this one and liked that it was made with just a little mayo. Thanks Paula for feedin us right!!

My lady and I love Paula, no matter what she cooks!!(This comes from both of us!) But the Salmon Salad was definitely over the top. The chopped red peppers added a real "zing" to what's often considered a "zingless" fish! Healthy and definitely fit for the summer, whether you're on the beach or not!!!! BRAVA!

I first made this salad a couple of years ago when this recipe first aired. I did not have the salmon so I used some smoked mullet that I had on hand. (There are alot of mullet this year) Hey, it was great!

As a base recipe this is wonderful. I prefer bolder flavors so I upped the acid (red wine vinegar or more lemon). I also added some store-bought cajun seasoning. I also added arugala for bit of nutty flavor (had torn and mixed in.) It would be good served on a bed of arugala. I can see taking this Asian with some soy, hoisin and/or plum sauces. As I said, it's a excellent master recipe from which to launch your own variations (especially based on season ingredients).
