I used this recipe for the pizza dough and found it to be tough. I'm not sure if it was over worked in the food processor or not. I made it twice and both times the dough was unmanagable. Sorry Giada but this one is not a keeper!

I'm only rating the pizza dough. I didn't have olive oil so I used canola oil and the pizza didn't rise very well and it was very dense. I'll try it again with olive oil, maybe thats why it didn't work out.
