This was not the best parfait in the world. I made it for my sister because I can't eat it myself due to allergies. She was not crazy about it at all. I gave it to her with strawberries one time and wasn't very crazy about it. It was very plain. Do not use peaches. She hated it with peaches and she has good taste.

Rachel ray is a culinary genius. She emerged from an average woman to a culinary giant in the shortest time. I used this recipe for a process presentation that I had in a summer program and it was A HIT.

Thanks for another great solution, Rachael. This is such a fun treat to make with kids!!! Mine are still little, so I don't want them to touch anything hot, but I do want to teach them that healthy meals can be easy & fun. I would love an "all kids meal" show this summer.
