my husband likes to make this one. very easy, can be made in large batches. perfect for a bbq/potluck. be sure to us the bone-in thighs, as opposed to boneless. WAY more flavor with the bone.

This recipe was good and tasty, but it wasn't spicy at all! My friend who can barely eat spicy foods loved it. I would suggest adding at least one more habenero pepper. That being said, there were plenty of compliments and no complaints about the flavor.

Freind of ours brought these wings to our last home game - they were AWESOME. Great flavor, juicy - had to get the recipe !!!! Loved them !!!

This was a great easy sauce! It is very flavorful! I had some scotch bonnet peppers a friend gave me as a gift from her garden and wasn't sure what to do with them, so I decided to experiment with this. I added ginger, and cilantro to the mix. It was wonderful!

This recipe was quite good, but a little too spicy for my children. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. I seared in my grill pan and finished covered in the oven for about 20 minutes. I think next time, I will cut the recipe down to one scotch bonnet. I like the spice, but also like for my family to enjoy the meal.

I thought this chicken was just ok. It was a little bit spicy but other than that didn't seem to have a whole lot of flavor. I was disappointed with this compared to some other Caribbean jerk I have tried.
