Good but not fabulous - needs heat!

My chili oil did not create a substantial enough heat to make a difference. I would suggest just adding a slight tad of chipotle or Santa Fe chile powder. Otherwise it doesn't compete with the French Chocolate Mouse found on this website.

This is a truly great and not so difficult dessert to make. Dinner guests will be very impessed. If you love chocolate and spiciness, it does not get any better than this mousse.

Our 18 year old son prepared this. I was worried since it is a delicate recipe but it turned out perfect. I was delighted by the spicy/chocolate combo!!!
