Awesome Barbeque Sauce 11/09/2007 at 12:15am User: Anonymous User Rating: Everytime I make this barbeque sauce everyone raves about it and begs for the recipe. I make out recipe cards in advance as I know friends will ask for it. incredible taste 10/14/2006 at 01:03pm User: Anonymous User Rating: Sounds like a lot if ingredients, but it is worth all of them.......big hit at the family bbq!!! Excellent sauce 09/30/2006 at 05:45pm User: Marti from Bowling Green, KY User Rating: I have made this recipe multiple times. It is always a huge hit! I love the intricate flavors of this sauce. Barbecued Chicken Yummy 09/24/2006 at 02:55pm User: Karen from Germansville, PA User Rating: I tried this recipe the day it aired and grilled it the next day! It is simply put DELICIOUS! Something wrong here!! 09/14/2006 at 06:38pm User: Mike from Grapevine, TX User Rating: I have made recipes from Food.com for years now. This has to be THE worst recipe I have ever put together! The reviewers giving all the positive reviews must be from the production staff, noone can possible like this sauce! It does not even look like the sauce seen on the program. The program sauce is red. You can not put together a sauce with over three cups of dark brown ingredients and one 10oz can of tomato paste and get a red sauce! Please do not waste your money on this one, someone should loose a job over this one! Should get a -5 stars!!! Loved the Sauce! 09/12/2006 at 01:16pm User: Janet from St. George, UT User Rating: The sauce was delicious, although a little hard on the pocketbook. I did have some problems with the chicken, however. Cooking large pieces of chicken on the grill is difficult, since white and dark meat cooks at different rates, and the smaller pieces tend to get charred. Next time I will use cut-up pieces which will make it easier to gauge individual cooking time, and also make the cooked chicken far less messy to eat. Lovely sauce 09/05/2004 at 01:06pm User: JENNIFER from Dallas, TX User Rating: I just made the BBQ sauce and it was lovely. I served it with Texas smoked brisket - GREAT! Thanks Ina! Thanks Barefoot ! not yet rated 08/10/2007 at 05:18pm User: Jane from spokane, AZ User Rating: I think I speak for most people when i say that we all appreciate the feedback from those who liked the recipes and those that did not. It provides us with a more balanced view of the recipe, not the show. For the person who said to one reviewer, "don't bother watching the show"....you shouldn't get iritated by people who don't agree with you. delish! 07/27/2007 at 08:17pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I have made this several times, each time it was a hit. I added extra crushed red pepper to give it a kick. Great recipe and worth buying all the ingredients. Don't change a thing. ENJOY!!! Excellent 06/11/2006 at 10:35am User: Deb from Oil City, PA User Rating: The sauce was excellent. I marinated the chicken for 3 hours and then I baked it in the oven covered for 45 minutes. Friends couldn't stop complimenting me!!! good 06/04/2007 at 06:54pm User: Marlyne from big bear city, CA User Rating: pritty good! To me this is more like a sweet n sour sauce for meatballs. I think there is to much vinegar. Next time i'll use 1/2 cup of vineage insted of 1 cup. I added some changes for my own tast. I added 1T. salt, 1/4 cup liquid smoke, 1 15oz can tomato sauce. cook 1 hour to thiken. I think littal frankies would be good with this sauce. mmm mmm good 06/04/2007 at 12:41pm User: Bonifa - Shareefa - Kaprika from Miramar, FL User Rating: loved it My Taste Buds Were Dancing 06/04/2007 at 01:21am User: Gracie from Huntington Beach, CA User Rating: I have never made a sauce like this before, the flavors were fantastic. I used chicken breast on the bone, only. I marnaded it for 2 days in the frig. And baked it for about 20 minutes at 350*, then I finished it off on the grill. Thanks for the recipe Ina. Its a keeper 06/04/2006 at 11:54am User: BENITA from Yakima, WA User Rating: This is one I know that I would keep and use over and over again. It is easy and very tasteful. Finger Licking Good! 06/03/2006 at 04:07pm User: MARIA from San Francisco, CA User Rating: This was one of the most delicious b-b-q sauce I had ever tried. The recipe is very easy to follow & it's taste much better if you marinade it overnight. Last time I used the same sauce with pork ribs intead of chicken & it's taste even better! Thank you Ina! finger licking good 05/31/2008 at 03:26pm User: CATHY from Altadena, CA User Rating: I'm not a big barbeque sauce lover, but. . . this sauce was outstanding!. My guests ranged in age from 4 to 70 and they couldn't stop eating it, down to the bone. It's definitely staying in my repertoire of best chicken recipes. Only change I made was added a bit more vinegar like it a bit more tangy. Sauce Review 05/30/2005 at 07:36pm User: ANN from Knoxville, TN User Rating: I made this sauce for use with ribs over Memorial Day Weekend. It was a HUGE hit... an ingredient for EVERY TASTE ! Grilled over charcoal and the sauce did not burn at all. Great Dinner 05/29/2008 at 07:38pm User: Claudia from Nutley, NJ User Rating: I made this chicken today and it was great. A big hit Memorial Weekend. Barbecue Chicken 05/27/2007 at 02:19pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I just wanted to say I have not tried this sauce yet, but I do intend to. I just wanted to say to the viewer that said it was terrible and all the viewers that cut people and there recipes down, I look at it this way, quit watching the show then. You people irriate me, and are nothing but complainers. Great Sauce!!! 05/26/2005 at 05:09pm User: TRACY from Carpentersville, IL User Rating: This is amazing sauce. All the ingredients really do give it a rich, full flavor. I was thinking of adding a little sugar so that it would be a little sweeter, but overall it was awesome. You have to serve some extra on the side so that you can drench your meat in the sauce. Very good 05/24/2005 at 01:34am User: Anonymous User Rating: This is a pretty good recipe but Ina is starting to annoy me with her Hampton friends. I wish she'd have a picnic in a slum somewhere. best sauce! 05/23/2005 at 10:09pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I made this recipe and the sauce is a keeper. Sorry Ina!!! sweet perfection!! 03/24/2007 at 03:52pm User: b from makawao, HI User Rating: Inas always on target.I was out of soy sauce so substituted ponzu,I only had macadamia infused honey, and I didn't have any cider vinegar so substituted rice wine vinegar.I also added some powdered chipotle, sherry and green onion. It was a collision of flavor!! I only used half of the honey(because that is all I had) but added some "sugar twin" brown sugar. The aroma, while I was cooking the sauce, was unpleasant, but when all said and done, it was a very good sauce! It made alot, so I have lots left over, since it is just myself and my husband. Will definitely use it again. Awesome 02/12/2005 at 11:10am User: Anonymous User Rating: Ok Tessa...This is just the bomb.
