These were kind of messy to eat, but very tasty! Next time I would probably use milk chocolate instead of the bittersweet. This was a fun spin on a old favorite.

Bobby Flay lacks knowledge of the S'more in general, ie: roasting marshmallows, unnecessary wrapping in foil, using the grill in excess for this recipe. To make an acceptable spin off recipe you have to know the subtleties of the original. He is great but could use some basic instructions on this simple desert.

I did not actually make these, a friend of mine did for a dinner party, but she said they were very easy and fun to make. Everyone had fun eating them, because it is such an interesting twist on a classic and not your usual dessert. Ooey, gooey, and good is the best way I can describe them.
