Excellent Grouper Sandwich!! 04/07/2008 at 07:00pm User: Kim from Rushford, MN User Rating: My husband and I made this as a sandwich on french bread instead of as a club. We used grouper even though you could use trout, redfish or any white fish. We also cooked the bean sprouts just a little. This was a delicious sandwich and we will definitely make it again!! YUM 02/18/2008 at 02:21pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I made this for lunch with sweet potato fries and it was probably the best lunch I have ever had.. It was delicious. I used turkey bacon and low fat mayo for a lower fat alternative. My boyfriend and I loved it. I will make this one again Easy and Delicious 07/01/2007 at 02:12pm User: Retina from lake charles, LA User Rating: I absolutely adore anything that Paula makes. She is such a doll. OH MY GOSH! 10/23/2006 at 03:50pm User: lee from manchester, NH User Rating: This has to be the best grouper sandwich this side of Seattle!! Now, THAT'S a sandwich! 10/20/2006 at 05:15pm User: Jerri from Monroe, LA User Rating: Made this using thick catfish fillets that husband caught the same day, seasoned heavily with a good lemon pepper. Substituted dijon mustard for mayo that hubby will not eat. I toasted a bakery French loaf and cut into individual serving pieces, everything else following Paula's recipe. We swooned over every single bite and fought over the last piece. Now, that's a sandwich you can sink your teeth into! I love it, and if you don't like the Mayo there are other condiments that are yummy with this, It is sooooooo good. Give it a try next time you are in the mood for a sandwhich. cool 06/21/2005 at 02:47pm User: Sandra from Antioch, CA User Rating: delicous! 02/28/2005 at 12:01am User: Anonymous User Rating: This was a great recipe! I'm just getting into cooking and this was so easy and sooo yummy! i did try low fat turkey bacon instead of regular and just a spray oil instead of butter and oil and it taste great...but i wasn't a big fan of the turkey bacon, so i would use regular and splurge even if dieting and you can if you cut all the fat of butter and oil out by using a no cal no fat pan spray or non stick pan! Good eating! 10/03/2004 at 01:23am User: HERBERT from Port Arthur, TX User Rating: My daughter (10 yrs) and I enjoy watching your show every Saturday mornings.
