My husband and I made this as a sandwich on french bread instead of as a club. We used grouper even though you could use trout, redfish or any white fish. We also cooked the bean sprouts just a little. This was a delicious sandwich and we will definitely make it again!!

I made this for lunch with sweet potato fries and it was probably the best lunch I have ever had.. It was delicious. I used turkey bacon and low fat mayo for a lower fat alternative. My boyfriend and I loved it. I will make this one again

Made this using thick catfish fillets that husband caught the same day, seasoned heavily with a good lemon pepper. Substituted dijon mustard for mayo that hubby will not eat. I toasted a bakery French loaf and cut into individual serving pieces, everything else following Paula's recipe. We swooned over every single bite and fought over the last piece. Now, that's a sandwich you can sink your teeth into!

I really enjoyed making this club for my husband and I. We thought it was a healthier alternative to the traditional club and have already had it twice now.

I chose not to use the bean sprouts or avacado and didn't miss a thing. This is a great weeknight meal because it is quick and easy. This will be a regular go-to recipe.

This is an easy and light recepi and is made in a snap. I love it, and if you don't like the Mayo there are other condiments that are yummy with this, It is sooooooo good. Give it a try next time you are in the mood for a sandwhich.

This was a great recipe! I'm just getting into cooking and this was so easy and sooo yummy! i did try low fat turkey bacon instead of regular and just a spray oil instead of butter and oil and it taste great...but i wasn't a big fan of the turkey bacon, so i would use regular and splurge even if dieting and you can if you cut all the fat of butter and oil out by using a no cal no fat pan spray or non stick pan!

Good eating!
