This salad is fabulous. It is very refreshing and so simple. By far one of our favorite salads to date. My husband and I wanted to lick the salad bowl after we were done. Our three year old daughter loved it too!

All the flavors went together so well! I never knew that lemon juice and olive oil could make such a great dressing!
