Being Southern, (and lovin' green tomatoes) and living in a very small Northern town, green tomaotes, Goat Cheese and fresh Sage are not available. So, I went to a friend and got several green tomatoes and used Monterey Jack and dried Sage. This is now our favorite football watch'n sandwich. It is soooooooo awesome! Next time I make I make this sandwich, I'm going to try grilling the green tomatoes first and then put on the sandwich. Great sandwich! Thanks for the recipe.

Made ground turkey patties instead of a turkey breast. The mayo/goat cheese/sage combo made this recipie!

I had to use red tomatoes because green ones aren't available this time of year. I also had to use parsley, since watercress is never sold in this part of the country. Still, it was a terrific sandwich, and I can't wait to try it later with green tomatoes.
