I made this yesterday and it was wonderful. When he made it on his show he used a different bread and didn't weigh it down...so neither did we. I also made it before the party and it kept in the fridge nicely.

My boyfriend and I loved this recipe. I followed it to the letter. My boyfriend said it is the best sandwich he has had in years. I will serve this to his brothers the day they get into town for thanksgiving. Great for in front of the tv on football day too.

This is undoubtably the best use of tuna I have ever eaten. Such a suprise. It has excellent refrigerator life. Excellent as a dip.

Too much Anchovie Paste

My wife and I don't mind anchovies but 1 tablespoon was waaay too much. I'd recommend 1 teaspoon. After spending $18 on tuna steaks I sorely disappointed in this recipe.

My recipe was based on what I had. I am sure it wasn't even close to what it should have been but I wanted to take something to work for lunch that was different. I used real anchovies and crushed them up. I used salad dressing instead of the oil and I hate to say it but I used canned tuna. I also used a tortilla to wrap it in verses the bread. :) It was GOOD

I always had disliked tuna. I saw Bobby cook this recipe and decided to give it a try since my wife likes tuna and it looked pretty good. It was fantastic. We served it in pitas.
