Yummm-o!! 09/20/2005 at 10:30pm User: Rosanna from Tujunga, CA User Rating: I've been watching Rachael Ray's show, 30-Minute Meals for about six months now, and have just now gotten up the guts to make my own food. I'm a new wife, and new chef, so her recipes are really the best to start out with. It's also fun to watch the show to see how she does it first, so I get a good idea of how things are done (what order, and so on) before I actually try the recipe. Making these mashed potatoes really got me started in knowing how to do it my own way, too. Thank you Rachael Ray!! :oD Flavorfully wonderful 06/11/2005 at 11:37pm User: Jen from Albert Lea, MN User Rating: It was everything that is SO great about a baked potato with toppings, all in one deliously mashed-up mix. Just ignore the "add potatoes" line. It was good but I got sick of the skins, I might peel them next time. I added nutmeg and paprika and I will add bacon next time. It is very thick and sticky but taste good. Different but good. 05/28/2005 at 10:53am User: Anonymous User Rating: Different and very good.
