i love the different flavors that is in the salad and i love all kinds off salads but now i think that i found the salad that i will eat all the time. my family even loved it too. i even got my 3 year old to eat a salad.

I hesitated to try this receipe because I do not like to cook bacon. I tried Hormel's precooked center cut bacon. You cook it in the microwave 30 seconds. It made this a snap. The salad is wonderful. It perks up any fish or meat served with it. This will sure to become a regular to your meal planning. It did mine. Lori

It's hard to believe that such simple ingredients can make such an outstanding dish. This sald took just minutes to prepare, looked beautiful, and was absolutely delicious. To make it a little more healthy, I used a lowfat blue cheese salad dressing. This is a recipe I will make often. Paula is the best!

This salad was a great alternative to the pre-packaged salad out of a bag. It was also a cinch to make. I don't like blue cheese so I used a creamy ranch dressing and it was so yummy and got rave reviews from my fiancee.

Love this wedge salad, it is so easy to make and looks so preety on the plate when you sprinkle your other ingredents around. Don't know why I didn't think of such an easy way to do a simple salad.

When I go out to dinner,I make it a point to never order things I think I can make at home. Well, I am a dummy b/c Paula taught us how to make this salad (which I have ordered 2-3 times at restaurants) with such ease! Since hubby doesn't like blue cheese, we used Mexican Cotija cheese and ranch dressing, everything else the same as Paula. Our new favorite salad!
