Easy, Delicious and Family Favorite 11/15/2005 at 11:35am User: Anonymous User Rating: I made this dish with the the "Spaghetti Stoup" from this same episode and both were out of this world. My family loved them! This salad could easily be a meal all by itself. I will be making it again very soon. As Good Any Great Italian Restaurant... 11/09/2005 at 04:14pm User: MICHAEL from glendale, CA User Rating: When I first watched R. Ray's episode on this salad, I couldn't help but notice the similarities to this salad and my favorite salad I order from one of my favorite Italian restaurants. It has an excellent flavor and I'm especially glad to see the show as applying the Red Wine vinegar before the EVO is a very good cooking tip. I used the broiler and toasted some French bread to make this meal complete. Delicious! 11/03/2005 at 09:53am User: Kristen from Hoover, AL User Rating: A great, filling dinnner salad! This did the trick and tasted great. Couldn't find any hot ham, so I substituted regular ham. Also, didn't add hot pepper rings or olives, as the rest of my family didn't care for them. Added quite a bit of EVOO to make moist. Would definitely make again and mix up other ingredients in it. Summer Salad that Sums up the meal 06/29/2007 at 11:55am User: Anonymous User Rating: Although this could be for anytime of the year, this salad is a perfect entree on a summer evening or weekend lunch on the deck or patio. It is an antipasto in a bowl. I got great compliments when I served it to guests. side dish 06/13/2006 at 06:52pm User: Anonymous User Rating: wonderful and delightful side dish used with any meal Looks good! 05/09/2005 at 07:02pm User: QUIANA from Richmond, VA User Rating: Looked good on TV! dull 02/21/2006 at 04:47pm User: Anonymous User Rating: This recipe really needed some oregano - dry or fresh. I think that Rachael needs to use more seasonings than just grill and poultry seasoning. Delicious salad!! 02/09/2008 at 08:03pm User: Ann Marie from Salem, NH User Rating: My husband & I love this salad... it's a favorite of ours. Our favorite salad! 01/18/2008 at 08:36pm User: Andrea from Lawrence, KS User Rating: We have made this salad many many times and we love it every time. We don't always have the ingredients on hand, but we always try to at least get the meat and cheese in there. The vinegar and oil dressing is perfect with the sweetness of the meat. there are times that I crave this salad and will make a small one before bed. Mmmmm...
