I prep'd this for lunch yesterday and its a good twist on regular tuna salad. Better if left to marinade for a while

Brilliant!

I'm a fan because I don't like mayo and was looking for a healthy alternative to the classic tuna salad. This one is refreshing and delicious.

Delicious!! Put on toasted bun bottom, topped with slice of cheddar cheese, pop in oven to melt cheese, top with the top side of toasted bun and BINGO. GREAT!!!

Not great, but it was edible.

A friend and I made this, and neither one of us much cared for it. It had a strange taste (at least, it was strange to us), I think from the basil and capers. If I make it again, I won't add those two ingredients. However, I loved the idea of using olive oil in place of mayonnaise! That worked great! With a little reworking to your own personal tastes, this recipe has potential.

I have prepared this for many friends as a snack or part of a meal to rave rteviews. I had a couple of diced jalape?os to add a little kick and have used grilled chicken in place of the tuna but is always great.

This is extremely easy to prepare and absolutely delicious! Once you make this yourself, you won't want it from the deli.

This is a delicious recipe, and a particularly tempting twist on an old classic. My husband is not fond of mayo-based salads, so this is a big hit at our house. I will definitely make this again!
