This sandwich was really good. I woould go easy on the sage next time and definitely use a true flat bread / ciabatta as I used a roll with a bit of height and things oozed out a bit. Still - was great!

I have made this twice and it is a hit with the whole family. I even used left over rolls from thanksgiving for individual sandwiches and everyone love it! Definitely a keeper.

I love paninis. My panini was turkey, drsg, whole cranberry sauce, & Brie. (I leftout the gravy). It was yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, Michael.
