it was a quick and easy recipe, I used leftover lobster sauce. I tasted the wine a bit more than I would have liked.

i think was one of the more great selections for emeril. i loved the way everything turned out and how it looked, it looked like you could just jump into the TV and eat. or as he would say smellavision, would be awesome!!!!!!
