This recipe is easy to make and delicious. My husband tried it and said it is "inspirational." That's pretty good. Your best bet is to find an Italian deli for the ingredients.

This is something you can put together when you don't have alot of time but, want to produce a dish that seems like you did put alot of time and presentation into it. Love it!!

Love this salad... but I cannot find caper berries anywhere. I used just plain capers. This was a hit with my husband and daughter as well. I have also adapted it without the meat for a mid day snack.

I had never had bresaola before trying this salad, and I thought it was absolutely wonderful. I used salt packed capers instead of caper berries, because the berries are a little too strong for my taste, and I made about a half recipe (enough for two) but otherwise, I stuck to the recipe. It made a wonderful, tasty and unusual light supper that we'll definitely have again. Although the brasaola was a little bit expensive, I thought it was worth every penny.

I watched this episode on TV and had to try it. My husband and I really liked the unique flavor. I used prosciutto because that's all I could find and capers instead of caper berries. I had never tried aged balsamic before so I bought some that had been aged 10 yrs. WOW! It was great, surpisingly sweet, well worth the extra cost. My 10yr old daughter wouldn't try it. More for me! The ingredients are kind of expensive but I will make it again. Thanks Rachel for always giving me reasons to try new things. My husband thanks you too!
