Flavorless meatless loaf

I made this meatless loaf as an entree for a dinner party. However I didn't care much for the way it tasted (although a few others did like it). I did add my own twist to the recipe. I added in a packet of meatloaf seasoning and I substituted breadcrumbs for oatmeal. I think if the tofu was to be replaced with potatoes, the loaf might have tasted better.

a bit of an effort, but great for a vegetarian meatloaf recipe. i really liked it..but my boyfriend who loves meat wasn't as excited naturally. overall, i think this is great for those who are true vegetarians. i couldn't find wheat germ so i used wheat gluten powder which worked fine.
