I used this salsa on shredded turkey tacos. Outstanding! I did make a slight modification and used black beans instead of pinto beans....just a personal taste preference. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Great flavor combination!

Loved this recipe! It's great for a summer salad- no cooking required. I substituted some roasted red peppers for the raw and added a couple of dashes of hot sauce. Everyone loved it!

WOW!! This is so tasty. My husband is italian, and he'll often say 'Italians don't eat that stuff!' He's got to have meat for a real meal, and he's always afraid he'll be hungry in a half hour. But this one really grabbed him, and filled him up! It was really refreshing on a hot day. I served it with cold sangria, and corn chips to scoop it up. It says it serves 6 - well the two of us ate the whole thing!! I'll definitely be making this one again! Thank you!

easy, quick, and with some toasted pita triangles its a light and healthy side dish! I like to take a pita with mixed greens and 2 tablespoons of the salsa for a light and FILLING LUNCH!!! Rachela

We are big mexican food fans. I wanted to serve something different from the traditional beans and rice. This was a big hit with the whole family. I tripled the recipe and severed 20! Everyone asked for the recipe. I served it with grilled chicken tacos. The salad is so pretty with it's combination of colors and flavors. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

A Party In My Mouth

This salad was so delicious! Made it as a side with tacos and we all loved it. Such an explosion of colors and flavors, plus all the fresh veggies and fruit, made it a summer favorite. I was concerned about the dressing being too salty, sour, etc. before I put it on, but it is a perfect complement to all the ingredients. Would be fabulous to take to a covered dish party...so unusual!

Great!

This is one of the best salads I have ever made. It was a huge hit and a great alternative from the typical potato or macaroni salad. It is very tasty, refreshing and healthy.

This is very good! Great to use as a dip with tortilla chips or as a topping for quesadillas. Watch the lime juice though. Ours was delicious, but a little limey.
