Something you would get at a five star restaurant and it's so easy. Wonderful flavors between the basil and olives

Great recipe and so easy I make it once or twice a month. I agreed with some writers that the lemon sauce was too lemony so cut the amount of juice in half. Tastes great with or without the olives.

Excellent dish. Really justifies the cost of a rack of lamb. It was a great date night meal.

Not my favorite

I made this recipe and it was just okay. After cooking the lamb chops in a pan, I tried to deglaze the pan and the sauce tasted burned. It never thickened up, and it was way too lemony. We puckered our lips every time we took a bite. I usually love Tyler, but this one was not a winner. Maybe it was my fault, who knows, but just take it easy on the lemon.

This is a no-fail recipe that I love to make. Even my husband, who is not an olive fan, loved the sauce. My two year old inhaled three chops, really liked being able to hold the frenched bone. Only drawback is that I had to wrestle the bone away from him after all the meat was gone so he wouldn't hurt himself.

This dish was DELICIOUS!! When you got past how good it looked & how great it smelled, you went to the next level with tenderness & flavor. This was easy to make & was a very nice meal for guests. Prior to making this, I was fortunate to learn that all lamb is not raised the same so know what you're buying or you could be turned off to lamb. I used American lamb. This is one of my favorite meals!

Amazing Taste! I actually marinated the lamb overnight in an olive oil and garlic rub. But then followed the recipe.

I have never made lamb chops before but my husband loves them so I thought I would give this a try. They came out awsome! I'm afraid that I slightly overcooked them but I'll know next time to really watch the time. I added some minced fresh rosemary and a touch of garlic to the sauce and it came out great! Thanks again Tyler for another good one!

A Valentine to Remember

Made this one for Valentine's Day and it was a huge success. I ended up substituting 2-3 Tablespoons of Lemon concentrate instead of the fresh lemons. Also didn't have fresh rosemary so I ended up using ~2 Tablespoons of dried.

Too much lemon

When I watched this on the show I could have sworn he said about the juice of one lemon. The recipe calls for 3/4 cup which is about 6 of my lemons. I guess I was a little confused.

very good!

I had to change a few things in the recipe to accomodate what I had on hand and what was available. Since I couldn't get good basil I used some pesto I had and brushed the chops with it at the end. It was by far the best lamb I have ever eaten! Even my 6 year old loved it. I made the pomme anna and was happy with the results. It was delicious and easy especially with a mandoline. I added an onion confit I found on the foodtv.com/ca website. It was as good as any meal I've ever eaten in a restaurant. Tyler is a fantastic chef!

Don't skimp on the Chops

Fantastic, but I must wonder if it was because I wenty to the butcher for a really great cut of lamb. In any case my wifes lamb in stews is usually really chewey and this was fork tender. The sauce was great but I might have cut back on the salt since the olvies add so much in the flavor.

Very pleased with the results. Although I think I poured out to much of the fat and should have used a higher heat for searing the meat at first.

Uhm.... well... the prep work was fun and easy, but you have to make sure you have the right type of skillet or it may take a little longer to cook. We served ours raw. OOPS. Yeah, thanks. Throw it back on the skillet baby! We needed extra cooking time. We cut the lemon juice down as per other notations ;) Bravo.

Wonderful!
