I served it at room temperature, though, and had to heat it up. It was a very good dish! Awful 10/07/2006 at 08:58am User: Mary Alice from Berlin, NJ User Rating: What a shame...Thought this was the one Easy, quick, good 08/15/2007 at 01:03pm User: Melissa from Chicago, IL User Rating: I made this last night for dinner, and instead of using baby mozzarella, I just got a big one and cut it into bite size pieces. It was great with fresh garden tomatoes!!! It's a nice change on the mozzarella/tomatoes sandwich, but with my favorite olives and pasta!!! how can you go wrong?!? Next time, I think I may try pairing it with some fish. very simple and easy 07/06/2007 at 01:49pm User: Nicole from Newport News, VA User Rating: Tasted good with the tomatoes and REAL mozzarella. Next time I will add more mozzarella and less pasta :) Best Served Cold 06/20/2006 at 11:58am User: Anonymous User Rating: The first time I made this, I enjoyed it better the next day, unheated. So the next time I made it, I shocked the pasta with cold water before mixing it with the herbs/moz/tomato mixture. WAY BETTER! Serve COLD only! 06/10/2006 at 01:53pm User: Anonymous User Rating: I made this for my husband and I one night and he enjoyed it. The flavors were very good and an interesting bunch, yet next time, I will serve cold. Not luke warm. The hot pasta with the cold mozzarella and cold tomatoes mixed and settled to be luke warm. Wasnt the greatest. Yet I do recommend this recipe and it is a light meal, great for lunch or a picnic or bar-b-que. enjoy!!!! 04/19/2006 at 10:26pm User: Anonymous User Rating: easy, yummy, family will enjoy, and you will feel like a pro!!! |
