Excellent 08/12/2005 at 05:49pm User: Chris from Naperville, IL User Rating: The Lime-oncello spritzer with mint has an excellent flavor and the mint really adds alot to the drink. bitter 08/10/2005 at 02:51pm User: Anonymous User Rating: this came out bitter. i surfed the internet a bit and discovered that you need to remove all of the white pith before infusing; otherwise, it comes out bitter. this detail was overlooked in the recipe, and it looks like it was an essential detail. Soooooooo Good!! 08/08/2005 at 12:50am User: JANINE from Clatyon, CA User Rating: This is a wonderful and refreshing beverage! I keep the lime-oncello in the freezer. The lime flavor is a fabulous twist to the traditional lemon liquor. The spritzer with mint makes me glad I have an overgrowth of mint in my garden!! The lime-cello is also great in iced tea. Thanks Giada Delicioso! 06/22/2006 at 12:06am User: robin from Portland, OR User Rating: I've served this at two different Italian dinner parties--they went very quickly & got rave reviews! refreshing 06/05/2006 at 03:37pm User: Robert from Scranton, PA User Rating: Forget the mint and soda. Refreshing and delicious 05/11/2006 at 10:53am User: Anonymous User Rating: Traditionally made with lemons, it is excellent using limes as well. The best 03/21/2007 at 02:34pm User: sylvia from lancaster, SC User Rating: I love all of your recipes the are so tasty and light. And I love your spritzer it's great. Keep up the good work!!! Error in recipe 03/20/2005 at 03:22pm User: TAMMY from Poway, CA User Rating: There was an error with the limoncello recipe. Limoncello is made with lemons. I personally like to use Myer lemons when available. You could substitute limes or mandarin orange peel for a differnt type of liquor but the original limoncello is with lemons. I have not tried the recipe for the drink yet but limoncello has such a wonderful flavor like liquid sunshine that it has to be good. Refreshing! 02/02/2006 at 11:23pm User: Kay from Sun City West, AZ User Rating: Fabulous, easy, wonderful! |
