Even the meat eaters will like this one!

I was skeptical that a turkey burger could please my red meat eating husband, but he loved this burger! The onion and red pepper keep it from drying out, and all the flavors make it so tasty! He ate 3 of them (which rather defeats the purpose of going healthy with turkey, but it was better than 3 red meat burgers)! Even if you're not going for the healthy aspect, this is just a very tasty burger.

I served this recipe to a family of picky eaters, and they loved it! The burger was incredibly juicy, and this recipe works just as well with all white meat ground turkey. Delicious!

Moist and full of flavor

Making turkey burgers from ground white meat turkey usually results in a dry, flavorless patty. These burgers are the exception; they are moist and delicious, and the salsa adds a "fresh from the garden" element that beats mustard/ketchup/pickles hands down.

I made this recipe for dinner and it was a success!! The burgers were juicy and the tomato/corn salsa on top was great.

Absolutely delicious! I substituted Caribbean Jerk Seasoning instead of Creole and sprinkled with seasoned salt when frying. I also omitted the baking part and fried the whole time - really moist - so much so that when cutting, the juices ran out - wonderful! I will definitely keep this recipe handy.

I mixed in a bit of breadcrumbs and milk and this made these burgers really juicy! I froze the remaining burgers and had them again for lunch the following day... delicious! The salsa is perfect!

This is THE best turkey burger recipe. I always make this for guests in the summer and they love it!! Don't leave out the salsa, it's a must-I use frozen corn for a time saver!!!

This recipe was great-- the turkey burgers were moist and full of spice... I used Emeril's seasoning (homemade, search this site for it) instead of Cajun seasoning (same thing?). The salsa was also fantastic. I didn't have any limes. I used red wine vinaigrette, canned corn (better texture), and some red onions also. We topped our burgers with an aioli (mayo, chopped basil, red wine vinaigrette, olive oil) and I used homemade ciabatta for buns. What a great dinner!

My husband and I were both terrifically surprised by the excellent taste of this meal! It was very juicy and flavorful. I didn't think I would like it at all but wanted to try it because I hadn't cooked with ground turkey before. My husband is very picky, and so I was pleasantly surprised that he not only ate two helpings, but said to keep this recipe

Delicious, healthy alternative to burgers!

This recipe was absolutely delicious! It was so easy to make, and the sweet corn matched up with the salted tomatoes and tangy lime was a delectable treat for your tounge. The burgers are very tasty, too- and the sautee'd veggies added a nice touch of moisture.
