I used boneless, skinless thighs and cut them into fingers. Also used Matzo Meal and loved the result...very crunchy. Yum.

This was a fabulous dinner---I used the full two tablespoons of Tabasco (I did use the Tabasco with chipotle) and an extra TB of lemon juice since I had the remaining half lemon. I will use this for a fast company meal!

This recipe was very good, especially since it was so easy. I marinated the chicken in an 8x9, then when I drained it, I just drizzled the butter over top and coated them really well with it. I left the butter in the pan and went ahead and sprinkled the extra breading over it all. When it was done, I used the yummy crunchies on the bottom to dress some brussel sprouts I had with the meal! Yum!

Good!

These were really good and very easy to make. Make sure to use a QUALITY lemon juice b/c if no it tastes to much like tabasco, OR add more lemon to over compensate. I made the mistake of using store brand lemon juice and it tasted to much of tabasco BUT the next day the chicken tasted better.

easy and delicious!!!

The flavors of tabasco and lemon were fantastic together. I think I'll try leaving the chicken in the marinade overnight next time. I'm sure there will be a next time. It's a keeper.

This is an easy and delicious recipe, not too spicy at all and full of flavor. You simply can't go wrong with Sara's recipes. I also marinaded the chicken thighs overnight for 12 hours before cooking. Don't know if that's safe to do but I did it. So far, so good. Try this dish.

This recipe is extremely easy and inexpensive. The coating was delicious but the marinade didn't penetrate into the chicken....but I don't know if any marinade does. If I was to try this recipe again, I would make chicken strips.

Too Much Tabasco- blah

I followed the recipe to a tee and the tabasco marinade left too much of a vinegar taste in my mouth. If I had to make it again, I would cut the tabasco in half or just use lemon. My husband liked it, but I couldn't stand it. Not a keeper unless you're a huge tabasco fan.

Sara .. thanks, again!

This is SO good, am glad I increased recipe by half. Also, dipped chicken into melted butter instead of using pastry brush! Two TBsp. Tabasco really aren't too much & the meat has a nice light lemon flavour. It's picnic-perfect and I'll definitely do again.

UGH!

I love Tabasco, but this is way over the top. The combo of the lemon juice and tabasco don't add heat, they just leave the chicken tasting like a bad vinegar. I ended up tossing the entire dish! Don't bother.

Best Chicken Ever!

So easy and was not only full of flavor, but also very tender! I used panko crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs and it came out golden brown.

Good. Very Good. We don't like the dry old white meat but try to watch the carbs and fat. This is great for a special meal. Thank you, Sara.
