This was my first time making a mousse and I wasn't sure about the basil in it, but I tried it and was happy I did. This was a wonderful dessert and the basil mixed in well with everything. My family really enjoyed it. I can't wait to try it for company. You have to have patience when making this recipe, but it's worth it.
